Roger has 29 years’ industry experience and joined Standard Life Investments in 2004. He began his career in rates before specialising in credit and credit derivatives. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience at Deutsche Bank and then at JP Morgan where he was responsible for distributing a credit product (cash and derivatives) to UK asset managers. Roger is a senior portfolio manager working in the Multi Asset Team jointly managing the Absolute Return Bond Strategies fund and is a key member of the GARS portfolio management team.
Jeroen Buwalda is a specialist in global wealth management platforms, with more than 17 years’ experience driving innovative change for wealth managers, funds and banks across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He leads EY’s Asia-Pacific Wealth & Asset Management Advisory practice focusing on corporate strategy, enterprise architecture and large-scale IT-enabled transformation programs. Jeroen previously led advice and private banking merger integration and transformation at Westpac, one of Australia’s largest banks and wealth managers
Richard is the managing director of the Americas, Japan and Asia Advisor Client Groups at Investec Asset Management. He is responsible for the oversight of offshore fund distribution in the Americas, and institutional clients in South America, North America and Japan. Richard is responsible for Investec Asset Management’s fund distribution business in Asia, as well as head of the Global Financial Institutions Group. Richard originally joined the firm as managing director in 2006 to head the Americas region. Prior to this he was CEO of Global Armour, a global manufacturer of personal protection equipment.
Rajeev Mittal, in his role as CEO for Asia Pacific, is responsible for implementing PineBridge’s dynamic growth strategy across the region where PineBridge has a long history of servicing both institutional and retail clients. Before joining Chongyang Investment in April 2013, Dr. Wang was Managing Director and Deputy Head of Investment Banking Department at China International Capital Corporation (CICC) during 2011-13. Dr. Wang joined CICC from Morgan Stanley, where he was Morgan Stanley’s Managing Director and Chief Economist for Greater China during 2007-2011.

Prior to joining HFT, he was Head of Overseas Investment at Ping An of China Asset Management (HK) Ltd. Andy Rothman is an Investment Strategist at Matthews International Capital Management, LLC. He is principally responsible for developing research focused on China’s ongoing economic and political developments while also complementing the broader investment team with in-depth analysis on Asia. In addition, Andy plays a key role in communicating to clients and the media the firm’s perspectives and latest insights into China and the greater Asia region. Prior to joining Matthews in 2014, Andy spent 14 years as CLSA’s China macroeconomic strategist where he conducted analysis into China and delivered his insights to their clients.
Henry P. Davis is President of Arden Asset Management LLC and is a Partner and Chairman of Arden's Executive Committee and member of Arden’s Investment Committee. Mr. Davis led the team that launched the Arden mutual fund in 2012 and is the President/CEO of Arden Investment Series Trust. Sheila focuses on the GSAM client business in EMEA and business management and strategy for GSAM Asia Pacific Ex-Japan. Sheila also serves on the GSAM Operating Committee and the IMD Client and Business Standards Committee. Prior to her current role, she served as co-head of Equities Distribution in Asia and before that she was head of US Derivative Sales and US Synthetics Sales in the Equities Division. Sheila joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as a managing director and was named partner in 2006.
Ms Wright is currently Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Alternatives Investment Group and Co Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Capital Management; collectively the Alternatives arm of Harvest Fund Management Company Limited, the second largest asset management company in China. She is responsible for building from scratch the firm’s alternative presence and developing investment strategies for the firm’s principally private investing products which include; China focused Real Estate, Structured Credit, Private Equity and Capital Markets (Hedge Funds, Absolute Return and Structured Products).Ms Wright has extensive asset management, private investing and strategic and business development experience with over 26 years in financial services.
Ms. DING joined the Company in June 2010 as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, overseeing its overall business. She led the Company to achieve great results including being the biggest RQFII manager in Hong Kong. Ms. Ding was also Assistant Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of China Southern Asset Management Co. Ltd. Richard Tang is the Chief Executive Officer of ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management (International), the international arm of the joint venture between the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Credit Suisse, focusing on the international asset management and overseas operations of the joint venture. Mr. Tang joined ICBCCS in August 2013, and prior to that was the Head of International Business and Portfolio Manager at Bank of China Investment Management.
Francis Tjia, CEO of Income Partners, co-founded the firm in 1993 with Emil Nguy. His broad experience of China’s capital markets now spans nearly 20 years in Shanghai.
Mr. Xiaofeng Zhong joined Amundi Hong Kong in November 2011 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Sales and Marketing, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer, North Asia in September 2012. He is responsible for promoting Amundi Group’s expertise to institutional clients and third-party distributors in North Asia (mainly Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea) as well as the management of Asian Equity and Asian Balanced expertise for all clients of the Amundi Group.

Before joining China AMC, Mr. Zhang was a Deputy Director-General at China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) in Beijing, in charge of supervision of foreign banks in China. Before that, Mr. Zhang was an economist at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington and later was the head of credit trading model risk at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Pedro joined HSBC in October 2006 as CEO of HSBC Investments Brazil. Before joining HSBC. Pedro worked at one of the leading banks in Brazil, Unibanco, from 1995 and during the last 3 years with the Bank, he worked at their asset management division responsible for equities, hedge funds and credit analysis. Prior to this, he was head of sell-side research and had responsibility for the distribution of equity and fixed income products at Unibanco's brokerage unit. He started his career at First Trust Company in the USA, where he spent nine years mainly focusing on securities analysis.

Andrew Parry joined Hermes Sourcecap in December 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer has specific responsibility for business development, risk management, and portfolio construction for the company. Prior to joining Hermes Sourcecap, Andrew established Pembroke Capital Management in January 2003 and successfully launched the Magenta Fund, a global equity non-directional fund in March of that year, which reached $240m peak assets under management.
Tim Haywood is an Investment Director Business-Unit Head for fixed income, responsible for the absolute return bond family of funds and various long only fixed income mandates. Mr Haywood joined GAM following its acquisition of the fixed income and foreign exchange specialist, Augustus, in May 2009. Vincent Chui is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Institutional Equity Distribution and Private Wealth Management of Morgan Stanley. He sits on the Firm’s Equity Operating Committee and Asia Executive Committee. For his institutional role, he manages global distribution of Asia institutional equity products, including cash, derivatives, prime brokerage and capital markets products. For his wealth management role, he manages the Firm’s Asia private banking business which focuses on active wealth owners domiciled in the region.
Prior to Taiwan, Ashwin was heading Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Planning for ING’s Asia/Pacific life insurance and asset management business based out of Amsterdam and Hong Kong, reporting to the Executive Board of ING Group. Prior to that, she was CEO of Allianz Global Investors Hong Kong Limited, where she was responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies and managing multinational distributors
